Week Six

Dear LAPL Members,

We have just finished week 6 of our regular season play.

Just 2 items for this week’s Chalk Talk:

• We have a fundraiser re-scheduled for this coming Saturday. The event will be a 10-ball tournament at Trunks Bar with registration starting at 12:00 noon and play beginning at 1:00 pm. I hope to see you all in attendance.
  
  
• This coming week is the last chance to nominate yourself to run for our Board of Governors. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime so if you have something to offer the LA Pool League’s continued success please put your name on week 7’s score sheet and note you are running for the Board.

We seemed to get through our 1st week of play without the Melgard venue. Thanks to everyone who is working with the league to get through the season.
