Week Five

I want to thank all the players that attended our bowling on felt fundraiser this past Sunday Not only did we have a great turnout from our league, but quite a few members also brought guests.

With a 32 player field for the Bowling on Felt fundraiser held yesterday at the Eagle, congratulations to the top four players:

1st Schesary Berrios 114 points
2nd Justin Yau 110 points
3rd Russ Pepin 109 points
4th Jose Torres 85 points

Also please note that we are having our first open 8 ball CASH tournament at Trunks this coming Saturday.  This event will be held on the last Saturday of every month from now through December.  The entry fee will be $15 with $5 going to the LA Pool League and the remaining $10 going back into the prize pool.  The format will be a single game, double elimination event and is open to anyone who wishes to test their game.  The prize pool will be directly related to the number of players who sign up for the event.  We will be playing LA Pool League rules.....so come on out to win the cash and bring along a friend.
