West Coast Challenge LXV

The Los Angeles Pool League proudly announces its hosting of WCC LXV at La Quinta (LAX) !

Location: La Quinta is located at 5249 W. Century Boulevard in Los Angeles, California.

Room Arrangements: We have room rates for Singles, Doubles, and Triples at $85.00 plus tax (total $98.18) per night. Additionally there will be a limited number of Suites available at $119.99 plus tax (total $137.45).Our onsite contact is Shelby Turner. She can be reached at 310-645-2200. These rates are good for 7/4/12 through 7/9/12 for those who may arrive early. The Hotel wants reservations made at least 21 days prior to arrival. Some cities may not have complete delegations chosen by then. Contact the hotel to set aside the number needed. Refer to LA West Coast Challenge event 4080. Other Info: We will be installing the tables on Wednesday evening. The tables  will be open Thursday at 2:00 PM. If there are enough early arrivals, we will have a Thursday night tournament. Danishes, fresh fruit, coffee, decaf, orange juice, and apple juice will be complimentary from 8:00 until 10:30 AM on 7/6 and 7/7. Lunch meal service will be complementary on Saturday. Parking will be $8.00 per day (normally $15). We will be posting playing rules, delegations, and other information as it becomes available.
