Spring 2012 Season Kickoff
Greetings and Happy New Year to all,
The Spring 2012 Member's Meeting will be on January 24that 7:30 P.M. at Oxwood Inn. Easily reachable by car or the Orange Line at the corner of Oxnard Blvd. and Woodman Street in Van Nuys. Captains, please be prepared to submit your team roster (phone numbers and e-mail addresses) for all players and your $200.00/team registration fee. Any players who would like to, or are planning to, present a motion at the Member's Meeting needs to e-mail Bill Hoover (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) the motion by Tuesday January 17th. Any Motion must be presented in the right format and posted 48 hours prior to the Member's Meeting.
Congratulations to the following players at last weekends West Coast Challenge tournament in Long Beach; Saeromi Kim for a very impressive 2nd Place finish in the Women's event (her first West Coast Challenge), Ricky Man for his 3rd Place finish in the Open Individuals, Malisa Mapu for her 4th Place finish in the Women's event, and Bryan Haneiwich for his 6th Place finish in the Open Individuals. Great job guys and thank you for representing our League in it's best light.
This is going to be a very busy Season with it culminating at the La Quinta Inn and Conference Center atLAX where we will be hosting the West Coast Challenge on July 6th – 8th.
Be prepared to be asked to help with the festivities and/or donateany items for Raffle prizes.
