I propose a motion that we treat each WCC (in regards to the stipend) exactly the same.
Section IV: WEST COAST CHALLENGE (WCC) REQUIREMENTS
E. Players participants, referees and Board Members, who are required to attend the WCC will receive a percentage of one nights lodging provided....
I would just change the "the" to "all"
