Week Two

Dear LAPL Members,

On behalf of the board of governors, we wish to send our sincere condolences to Jeffrey Hersh on the passing of his mother Dolores Hersh last week.  Jeff, please know that our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Lucky Draw Tournament: We want to thank everyone who came out and participated in our Lucky Draw tournament which was held last Sunday at Trunks.  It was a great competition and in the end, First Place went to team:

Brian Lo Truglio/Brad Camac,
Second Place to Ian Dodrill/Matt Reilly,
Third Place to Saeromi Kim/Al Ballesteros and
Fourth to Charley McFeeley/Timmie Winebrenner.

Next Tournament:

Our next tournament the Jr. / Sr. competition will be held on Sunday, September 13 at Trunks.

Registration begins at 12:30 a.m. and play will start at 1:00 p.m.

Playing in our weekend tournaments is a very good way to improve your game and meet other great players in the league.  We are offering all new players free registration to their first tournament, so captains, please encourage your team to attend.
