9 Ball
Greetings:
Welcome to another season of 9-Ball! We are happy to welcome three new teams increasing the number of teams to 12. That’s a 33% increase over last summer. Yea!
Jake at Gold Coast will be hosting our end of season party again this season. The final season schedule for playoffs will be posted in the first night stats. Captains please put your team on the first night scoresheet whether they played or not so they can be on the roster. Give us any new players e-mail and info. We will also give instructions for paying the dues. They are still $100 per team.
We are going to play by the World Nine Ball Rules (with minor changes for our League). Make a copy of the rules and bring it with you on Tuesday nights. Home Captains should print and take score sheets with them on Tuesday nights. Please log your score in the www.lapl8ball.com website or send to Schesary. Rules questions on playing night can be referred to Gibbi. Captains should pay special attention to getting scores in ASAP so that the results can be posted on Wednesday morning early.
Thanks to Bill Dehn for doing the schedule.
Good luck this season!
The 9 Ball Open Individuals were held at the Public House on Sunday. Thanks to everyone who came out to compete.
The winners are:
1st Place Rommel Salas
2nd Place Darren Kendrick
3rd Place Walter Rich
Congratulations! See you at the party this Tuesday at Gold Coast.
Gibbi and Bill
